Make an appointment

To schedule a time to meet with your child’s teacher or guidance counselor, use the form to the right and follow these steps:

1. Select a teacher from the Employee dropdown menu and click Continue.

2. Select November 21st on the date picker.

3. Select a time that works for you.
   Please note: as time slots are taken, they will not be available for selection.

4. Fill out the form. Be sure to include a valid email address and phone number, in case we need to get in touch with you.

5. Click Confirm.

Once you have finished scheduling your appointment, you can click Finish. You will then be able to schedule another appointment.
