PTO Unit Agreement

Parent/Teacher Organization Agreement

The Parent/Teach Organization (PTO) works to strengthen, enhance and encourage the educational, spiritual and social environment of Saint Mary High School. In order to maintain a moderate tuition while achieving its goals, it is necessary for the PTO to hold several fundraisers throughout the year.

We ask that each family choose to do one of the following:

  1. Pay a one-time fee of $400.00. This payment must be paid-in-full by May 1, 2022.

  2. Contribute a minimum of 10 hours of volunteer time at any of the St. Mary High School PTO fundraising activities. For each hour of volunteer time, we will deduct $40.00 from the PTO fee.

  3. Volunteer to be a chairperson of a fundraising activity or a PTO board member.

  4. Donate gift baskets or gifts to the Fall Tricky Tray, and/or donate a designer purse to Pocketbook Bingo. The retail value of items donated must equal a minimum amount of $400.00.

Families may volunteer at a variety of events and/or donate items providing the fee of $400.00 is met.
